Ann Arbor Spark is opening a new business incubator next month and is looking for new tenants for its downtown Ypsilanti incubator. The space is set up for 15 to 20 start up companies and would require a two-year lease commitment.

- two conference rooms
- administrative services
- free parking
Cubicles run from $295-395 per month. Spark Ypsilanti also offers virtual office space for $95 a month, which includes a mailing location and the use of conference rooms. Spark East will serve eastern Washtenaw County.
